April 2011 meals-There are some meals with no links to the recipes.  I will be posting those recipes or links in the weeks to come.

					1 Saucy Fish Bake, Salad	2 Chinese Chicken Salad
3 Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Fresh Green Beans	4 Turkey/Chicken Enchiladas, pinto beans, corn	5 Manicotti, Salad, Garlic Bread	6 Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry with Rice	7 BBQ Spare Ribs, Baked Beans, Corn	8 Fried Crappie, Fried Sweet Potatoes	9 Ginger Steak Salad
10 Chicken and Rice, Asparagus	11 Chalupas (an old family favorites)  We just spread refried beans and shredded Cheddar on a corn tostada.  We put it in the oven until the cheese melts and top it with lettuce and tomatoes.  We sprinkle the top with white vinegar.	12 Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread (On my busy days I just use Prego spaghetti sauce.  You can add meatballs if you want to.)	13 Beef Stroganoff, Salad	14 Crockpot Arroz Con Pollo, Salad	15 Baked Fish in Parchment Paper, Salad	16 Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

24 Easter Go out to eat-OK, I am lazy but tired of cooking.  We ate at Texas Roadhouse.  I ordered the fried catfish and it was really good!!	25 Enchilada Casserole, Salad	26 Company Casserole, Salad, Garlic Bread	27 Frito Pie, Salad	28 Continental Chicken, Salad, Peas	29 Fish Tacos, Pinto Beans	30 Pizza
