1 April Fools’ Cake, Salad	2 Santa Fe Chicken Packets, Salad (Can assemble ahead of time and freeze.  I cook mine in the oven.)	3 Taco Bake, Beans, Corn (This is a family fav)	4 Cheesy Chicken Ranch Lasagna, Salad	5 Baked Penne  with Sausage and Creamy Ricotta, Salad, Garlic Bread	6 Salmon, Spinach and Potatoes Baked in Parchment	7 Oyster Poor Boy, french fries, coleslaw (since I can’t buy this where I live, I can at least cook it!)
8 Easter Breakfast: Hot Cross BunsDinner: Deviled Eggs,Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary, Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes. Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce, Haroset,  Matzah, Glazed Dijon Carrots, Carrot Cake3/8 cup=6 T.	9 Turkey/Chicken Enchiladas, pinto beans, corn	10 Manicotti, Salad, Garlic Bread	11 Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry with Rice	12 BBQ Spare Ribs, Baked Beans, Corn	13 Slow Cooker Jambalaya	14 Ginger Steak Salad
15Chicken and Rice, Asparagus	16Chalupas (an old family favorites)  We just spread refried beans and shredded Cheddar on a corn tostada.  We put it in the oven until the cheese melts and top it with lettuce and tomatoes.  We sprinkle the top with white vinegar.	17Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread	18Beef Stroganoff, Salad	19Crockpot Arroz Con Pollo, Salad	20 Baked Fish in Parchment Paper, Salad	21 Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
